Going to go the library 가 맞는지 틀리는지?

얼마전 영어로 I'm going to go to the library.(나는 도서관을 가려고한다) 라고 했습니다. 그랬더니, I'm going to the library. 가 맞다고 하는 것입니다.

그쵸. Be going to 가 미래를 나타내어  It is going to rain.

(비가 내리려고 한다) 로 쓰니까요. 

근데 외국인의 의견은 이렇습니다.

"Going to go" is perfectly correct, but as it's often interchangeable with a simple "going", many people prefer to avoid it, with its repetitive sound. 

(문법적으로 맞지만, 말이 중복되므로 싫어한다)
"We're going to go to London tomorrow" can become simply "We're going to London tomorrow". (따라서 문장처럼 go to를 생략하는 것이 맞다)

그러니까 제가 말한것도 맞는 것이었습니다. 다만 관용적으로 말하기 쉽게 I'm going to the library. 하는것이 좋다는 것이죠.

그런데 또다른 의견이 있군요.

 it's two different meanings.(그건 완전 다른 의미이다)

I'm going to go to the library on Thursday. (나는 목요일에 도서관에 갈 예정이다)
I'm going to the library right now.(난 지금 도서관에 가고있다)

To me they mean exactly the same thing. In fact, I said it to my wife an hour ago: "I'm going to go to the library."

둘다 맞이 많은사람들이  I'm going to the library. 를 쓰지만,  I'm going to go to the library.가 정확한 뜻이군요.
